These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cryptocashexc.com and the USDT-to-fiat exchange services provided by Crypto Cash Exchange (“Crypto Cash”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that using a USDT exchange service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account registration and security
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We use One-Time Password (OTP) verification on signup and withdrawals as a security measure; do not share OTP codes with anyone.
Identity verification
We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing certain transactions, in line with our KYC/AML Policy. We may refuse service, delay, or cancel a transaction if verification cannot be completed or if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Exchange rates and rate-lock window
Displayed exchange rates are indicative and can change with market conditions. Once you submit an exchange order, the rate shown is locked for a limited window to allow you to complete your deposit; if your deposit is not received within that window, the order may be requoted at the then-current rate or cancelled.
Deposits and withdrawals
You are responsible for sending USDT from a wallet you control, to the correct address and network, and for providing accurate payout details for withdrawals. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed; see our Refund and Returns Policy for how we handle errors and disputes.
Prohibited use
You may not use Crypto Cash Exchange for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose; to exchange funds you do not have the legal right to use; or to circumvent our verification or security processes. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited use and, where required, report activity to relevant authorities.
Fees
Any fees or spread applied to an exchange are reflected in the rate or amount shown to you before you confirm an order. We do not charge hidden fees.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Cash Exchange is not liable for losses arising from blockchain network delays or congestion, your own error in submitting wallet addresses or payout details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited use, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law or our compliance obligations. Where possible, we will notify you and assist with returning any remaining balance owed to you, subject to completing any necessary verification.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
